We are seeking a Receptionist to join our Rapport team in Southampton. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth front-of-house operations while supporting the wider team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys being organised, thrives on variety, and takes pride in creating a welcoming and efficient environment.
Type of contract: Full-time, 6 month Fixed Term Contract
Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday, 7am to 6pm worked on a shift rota to meet business needs)
Location: Fareham - Driving is preferable for this position's location

Main Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome clients and visitors, escort them to meetings, and coordinate refreshments
- Manage incoming calls, route appropriately, and take accurate messages
- Book and prepare meeting rooms, ensuring equipment and refreshments are ready
- Maintain clean and organised reception and meeting areas
- Manage visitor access, including badges and sign-in procedures
- Receive, sort, and dispatch mail and packages
- Monitor and order office supplies efficiently
- Support events and ad hoc administrative tasks as required
- Act as Travel Programme Coordinator, assisting with bookings and queries
- Handle confidential information with discretion
