Lead a Busy Costa Store in a Dynamic Hospital Environment
We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Costa Store Manager to take the lead at our store in Weston General Hospital. This is a fantastic opportunity to run a well-known brand in a fast-paced, high-footfall setting where no two days are the same.
You'll play a key role in creating a welcoming, positive environment for both customers and your team, delivering consistently great coffee and service while driving the store's overall performance.
- Taking full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Costa store
- Managing stock, minimising waste, and maintaining strong cost controls
- Maintaining a safe, compliant environment in line with Food Safety and Health & Safety standards
- Experience managing or supervising in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment
- Reliable, flexible, and committed with a strong work ethic
