Healthcare Security Supervisor Reporting to: Healthcare Security Manager We are seeking an experienced and motivated Healthcare Security Supervisor to support the delivery of a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and colleagues. In this role, you will support the Healthcare Security Manager in leading a team of Security Officers, ensuring security and car parking services are delivered to the highest standards. You will be responsible for incident management, staff supervision, access control, CCTV operations, patrols, emergency response, and promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement across the hospital site. Lead and support a team of Security Officers. Respond to security, fire, and emergency incidents. Manage access control, ID systems, key control, CCTV, and lost property processes. Ensure compliance with security procedures, health & safety requirements, and service standards. Support staff training, development, and performance management. Build positive relationships with hospital departments and stakeholders. Valid Frontline SIA Licence. Previous security supervisory or leadership experience. Good IT skills and report-writing ability. SIA CCTV Licence. NHS or healthcare security experience. Security or Leadership qualification (Level 3 or above). Knowledge of counter-terrorism, NHS security guidance, and car parking operations.
