Sales & Event Manager - The Role Manage client relationships from initial enquiry through to event delivery. Plan, organise and deliver exceptional catering experiences for a wide range of events. Create accurate proposals, quotes and event documentation. Work closely with operational teams to ensure seamless event delivery. Be present at key live events to support clients and resolve any issues. Maintain accurate sales forecasts, client records and financial information. What we're looking for GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths; Experience in sales, events, hospitality or catering. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, email and ideally databases and PowerPoint. Commercial awareness, with an understanding of sales, costs, profitability and opportunities to upsell. Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work with a wide range of people. Passion for quality and great service, with a creative approach and flexibility to work event-driven hours, including evenings and weekends.
