We're currently recruiting a dedicated
Customer Services Assistant (CSA)
to help ensure the smooth running of our catering operations within
Defence
on a
zero-hours contract basis .
As a CSA, you'll play a key role in delivering excellent food service and customer care, maintaining high standards, and creating a positive experience for our customers. Your key responsibilities will include: Serving customers in a friendly and professional manner. Assisting with the preparation and presentation of food and beverages. Operating tills and handling customer transactions accurately. Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety. Keeping dining and service areas clean, tidy, and well-stocked. Supporting with the set-up and clear-down of service areas. Receiving and storing deliveries in line with company procedures. Working as part of a team to deliver a first-class catering service.
Our ideal Customer Services Assistant will: Have a positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. Be reliable, flexible, and able to work as part of a team. Have good communication skills and attention to detail. Previous catering, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience would be beneficial, but full training will be provided.
