We're looking for a C&E Sales Manager to manage the full sales cycle for conference and event clients, creating tailored proposals that maximise revenue and deliver memorable experiences. You'll work closely with Commercial, Culinary, and Operations teams to manage accounts, maintain a strong sales pipeline, and support business growth.

The Role:

  • Deliver revenue and profit targets across assigned C&E accounts in line with commercial strategy.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from enquiry and proposal through to contract and confirmed booking.
  • Maximise commercial opportunities through upselling, effective pricing, and strong pipeline management.
  • Build and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business, retention, and long-term growth.
  • Collaborate across Commercial, Event Planning, Operations, and Culinary teams to create successful, commercially viable events.
  • Support event delivery through client meetings, tastings, pre-con meetings, and on-site event management.
  • Use market, competitor, and client insights to inform sales strategies, pricing, and product development.
  • Maintain accurate CRM, financial, and performance reporting, ensuring compliance and supporting forecasting and continuous improvement.

What we're looking for:

  • 3-5 years' experience in sales or account management within hospitality, catering, or events.
  • Proven track record of delivering revenue targets and achieving commercial results.
  • Excellent communication and proposal-writing skills, with the ability to influence and engage clients.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple accounts.
  • Commercially astute, with confidence working with sales data, margins, and pricing.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and client-focused, with a genuine passion for hospitality and events.
  • Confident with Microsoft Office, CRM, and proposal systems, with large-scale venue experience preferred.
