Location: Guinness Open Gate Brewery London is 1 Mercer Walk, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9FA Working Pattern: 40 hours per week, 5/7, daytime and evening shifts Rate of Pay: £40,000 - £43,000 per annum depending on experience Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and develop the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding service Deliver exceptional guest experiences Manage 2 restaurants with 150 covers average and up to 300 covers for events Manager a team of up to 25 members Lead, motivate, and develop the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding service.
