This is an operations role overseeing Rocket Food's most innovative business unit: Table to Table, our premium workplace dining solution!

As the Operations Executive, you will be in a client facing, hands-on role, responsible for the efficient onsite delivery of Table to Table as the brand evolves. You will work closely with the Account Manager, Table to Table Head Chef and Rocket's Creative team helping drive the new brand forward. This is an ever-changing role, and you need to be willing to adapt as Table to Table expands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for daily service across our Table-to-Table sites.
  • Daily client facing role, work efficiently and be a brand ambassador for Table to Table on site, dealing with any immediate client questions.
  • Give any feedback to the Account Manager daily on the menu and client's comments.
  • Work with the chefs to produce daily printed menus and all allergen cards.
  • Work with the account manager to produce Table to Table kitchen notes for activations and keep the calendar up to date.
  • Produce weekly waste reports in line with Table to Table's sustainability policy.
  • Action occasional on-site pop-up experiences.
  • Help mobilise new sites, onboarding new team members working closely with the Account Manager.
  • Ensure smooth operations of delivery to our sites, troubleshooting where necessary.
  • Help coordinate any on site popup experiences and brand activations.
  • Work closely with our Creative Team to help design the daily buffets across our sites.
  • Represent Rocket and Table to Table at industry events, client presentations, and internal forums.
