We're looking for a Head of Compliance & Quality Assurance to lead commercial, contractual, quality and health & safety compliance across a major healthcare contract at Addenbrooke's Hospital.
Reporting to the Contract Director, you'll set standards, manage risk and drive continuous improvement within a complex, regulated environment.
Leading a team of 1 Manager and 6 Officers, you'll oversee audit and monitoring activity, ensure robust compliance with SLAs, KPIs and regulatory requirements, and work closely with operations to improve quality, performance and efficiency.
You'll act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, support contractual governance and play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the Quality Control Manager and Officers, embedding a strong culture of quality, safety and continuous improvement.
Own all quality, health & safety and monitoring activity, ensuring full commercial, contractual and regulatory compliance.
Provide expert compliance and risk advice, supporting stakeholders with contractual interpretation, SLAs, KPIs and performance frameworks.
Oversee auditing, monitoring and reporting, including management information, variance analysis and corrective actions.
Develop and maintain the Quality Plan and monitoring systems to evidence compliance and drive improved outcomes.
Manage quality, operational and commercial risks, supporting governance, claims management and dispute resolution as required.
Build strong client and stakeholder relationships, supporting patient experience improvement and service integrity.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement through benchmarking, service trials and action-led improvement plans.
