Area Cleaning Supervisor (National Coverage) Location: National Coverage Across 7 Sites Reports to: Operations Manager / Key Accounts Director Direct Reports: Site Supervisors, Cleaning Operatives, Team Leaders Purpose of the Role To provide operational leadership and support across seven sites, ensuring cleaning services are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. The Area Cleaning Supervisor will drive service excellence, manage client relationships, support workforce development, and ensure compliance with company and contractual requirements. Key Responsibilities Operational Management Oversee daily cleaning operations across seven sites within the portfolio. Conduct regular site visits, audits, and quality inspections. Ensure all cleaning specifications, KPIs, and SLA requirements are achieved. Support mobilisation, contract changes, and operational improvement initiatives. Identify and implement best practices to improve service delivery and efficiency. People Management Lead, coach, and develop site-based supervisors and cleaning teams. Conduct performance reviews, training assessments, and toolbox talks. Manage recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning activities. Support employee engagement and ensure company values are embedded across teams.
