We are currently recruiting for a Group Manager to join our team.

Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum

Location: CV239LP

Shift Pattern: 5 over 7, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide group-level support across 4 operational sites and 4 hospitality-only sites, ensuring consistency in standards and delivery.
  • Act as a central point of coordination for one contract, aligning site performance with overall business objectives.
  • Support site teams and Operations Manager with strategic input, problem-solving, and operational improvements.
  • Drive consistency in food quality, service standards, and brand delivery across all locations.
  • Monitor performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the implementation of best practice across sites.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and clients, ensuring a joined-up and proactive approach to the contract.
