We're looking for a Service Desk Coordinator to join our small team Rapport Ambassadors, working closely with our prestigious client to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. This role is all about efficiency, professionalism and great service. You'll be the go-to person for helpdesk queries, ensuring requests are logged, tracked and resolved with accuracy and care. You'll work hand-in-hand with the client's teams, building strong relationships and keeping communication clear so everyone feels supported and informed.

Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday; shift rota basis between 8 AM and 6 PM)
