We're looking for a dedicated Senior Conference & Events Operations Manager to help lead the day-to-day delivery of catering services at Excel London - one of Europe's largest and most successful venues, hosting some 400 events per year!

Senior C&E Operations Manager - The Role- Playing a leading role in the delivery of first-rate hospitality offering across conferences and events.
- Alongside the Operations Manager, assist with the development and leadership of your team within Excel London.
- Inspiring your team to deliver exceptional service to our clients and guests.
- Facilitating day to day clients and hospitality operations, ensuring that we are meeting expectations and consistently 'Winning One Customer at a Time'.
- Reviewing performance of hospitality for conferences and events and ensure delivery of departmental financial targets.
- Experience in a demanding food environment including retail, stand catering, and conferences and banqueting.
- Experience of working with a client group.
- P&L understanding.
- Ability to lead others.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to influence and operate at all stakeholder levels.
