We're looking for a skilled
Mobile AC Engineer
to support a range of client locations across the Rugby and South Birmingham area. You'll typically operate within a 50-mile radius, although occasional national travel may be required to support wider business needs.

What You'll Be Doing Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on air conditioning and refrigeration systems. Diagnosing faults and undertaking reactive repairs across a variety of commercial environments. Servicing and maintaining split, VRV/VRF, multi-split, and ventilation systems. Replacing components and carrying out minor installation works where required. Completing service reports, F-Gas documentation, and compliance records accurately. Building strong relationships with clients and providing professional technical advice. Ensuring all works are completed safely and in line with current regulations and company standards. Supporting colleagues and occasionally travelling nationally to assist with projects and business requirements.
What We're Looking For NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration. Valid F-Gas Category 1 certification. Proven experience maintaining and repairing commercial air conditioning systems. Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills. Experience delivering both planned and reactive maintenance. Good understanding of current Health & Safety legislation and safe systems of work. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Full UK Driving Licence. Flexible approach to travel and occasional overnight stays.
