Salary: £65,000 per annum
Working Pattern: 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday)
Location: South West London
Key Responsibilities:
- Holding regular feedback sessions with customers and clients to ensure we are exceeding their food service expectations.
- Lead, develop and manage a team of 70+ staff, ensuring all team members remain up to date with COSHH, Food Hygiene and other relevant training.
- Oversee 2 sites based in the South West London area.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Lead all hospitality and catering operations across the sites, ensuring high standards of food, service and customer experience.
- Drive financial performance, commercial growth and ensure sites achieve agreed targets.
