We are looking for a Floor Host to join our Rapport team at a prestigious client site near Canary Wharf. With stunning, modern offices and a vibrant atmosphere, this is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in day-to-day workplace experience. You will be the go-to person on the floor - managing meeting rooms and refreshment points, while being the friendly face that supports employees with their requests. Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent Hours: 40 per week (8 AM - 5 PM, Monday - Friday)

Main responsibilities
Being a main point of contact for key stake holders on the office floor and building strong relationships with them. Proactively dealing with guest requests in an efficient, friendly and timely manner, ensuring all business requirements are dealt with promptly and professionally. Making sure meeting rooms are impeccable, and equipment is in working order. Making sure refreshment centres, print hubs and general maintenance on floors are in perfect order.
Gathering and reviewing data regarding room utilisation and peak time periods Helping other service lines when required. Making sure company H&S policies are adhered to and be part of first aid & fire warden first responder teams .
