We are recruiting for a Corporate Receptionist to join our vibrant and expanding team, located in the heart of Regent Street. Our client is a world-renowned leader in property management. The successful candidate will be based at a ground-floor reception within our expanding portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team dedicated to providing exceptional service and achieving excellence. Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday, on a shift rota basis)

Salary: £34,000

Main responsibilities

  • Acknowledging and treating all guests and customers in a polite and professional manner.
  • Delivering professional high-quality service in line with Excellence by Design.
  • Working efficiently and effectively to deliver prompt and reliable service.
  • Anticipating the needs of visitors and building customers.
  • Actioning emails and handling telephone calls in a timely manner.
