We bring places to life through food, service and creativity and we're looking for an Event Operations Supervisor to join our team at Southbank Centre in London .
You will be responsible for the operational delivery of a wide range of events, including conferences, receptions, gala dinners, award ceremonies, and private functions.
As a Casual Event Operations Supervisor, you will oversee event set-ups, supervise front-of-house teams, and act as a key point of contact during events, ensuring everything runs smoothly and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities Oversee the operational delivery of events across Southbank Centre's spaces.
Supervise and support front-of-house teams during events.
Manage event set-ups and ensure venues are prepared to the required standard.
Act as the main operational point of contact during events.
Allocate duties and provide guidance to event staff.
Work closely with event planners, catering teams, and venue stakeholders.
Our Ideal Candidate Has previous experience in hospitality, events, or venue operations.
