Rapport is looking for a creative and organised Communications & Events Lead to join our Business Excellence team.
This is a varied role combining communications, content, employee engagement and events, giving you the opportunity to shape how our people experience and see Rapport.
Location: Rapport Head Office
Contract - Full time, permanent
Working pattern: Minimum 3 days per week in the office, these days can be flexible unless there is a specific business need.

Main Responsibilities
Lead internal and external communications across Rapport, including newsletters, articles, campaigns and leadership updates.
Manage content across our internal engagement platform, our website and social media channels.
Be a guardian of the Rapport brand and ensure our communications are consistent, engaging and on-brand.
Lead the planning and delivery of key events including Award nights, Recognition and Engagement Events as well as Leadership Conferences .
Manage event logistics including venues, suppliers, budgets, guest lists, communications and on-the-day delivery.
Create engaging campaigns that celebrate our people, culture and achievements.
Produce creative content using tools such as Canva, Adobe C...
