Back of House Manager - Restaurant Associates Restaurant Associates is looking for an organised and proactive Back of House Manager to oversee the smooth running of our kitchen support operations.
You'll lead the back-of-house team, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, stock control, food safety, and operational efficiency while supporting the delivery of exceptional hospitality.
Key responsibilities: Lead and motivate the back-of-house team.
Manage goods-in, stock storage, and inventory control.
Ensure excellent cleaning, hygiene, and food safety standards.
Oversee waste management and equipment maintenance.
Support kitchen and front-of-house teams with daily operations.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and HACCP procedures.
We're looking for someone with: Experience in a busy hospitality or catering environment.
