We are seeking an experienced Operational Technical Services Lead to oversee technical building services across multiple sites, ensuring compliance, performance, and high service standards.
- Lead delivery of M&E, HVAC, and BMS services across multiple sites
- Ensure health & safety and statutory compliance
- Oversee engineering teams and contractors
- Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and service performance
- Assist with lifecycle planning and capital replacement programs
- Provide technical guidance during project works and minor upgrades
- Support budgeting, cost control, and improvements
Experience in FM or technical services is required, along with strong M&E, HVAC, and compliance knowledge. Proven team and contractor management skills are essential. IOSH Managing/NEBOSH qualifications are advantageous.
