Working across our prestigious campus, including boarding houses, teaching facilities, offices and communal areas, you will lead the housekeeping operation, ensuring a safe, clean and welcoming environment for pupils, staff and visitors.
What You'll Be Doing As Head Housekeeper, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the housekeeping operation by: Leading, motivating and developing the housekeeping team to consistently deliver exceptional cleaning standards.
Managing daily cleaning schedules, staffing levels and rotas to ensure efficient service delivery across the School.
Carrying out regular quality inspections and audits, ensuring consistently high standards throughout all areas.
Managing stock levels, purchasing cleaning materials and controlling departmental budgets.
