Facilities Manager - Hereford Lead Facilities Services That Make a Difference Are you an experienced Facilities Manager with a passion for service excellence, team leadership, and operational performance?We're looking for a dynamic Facilities Manager to lead the delivery of integrated FM services across a diverse and fast-paced estate.
Managing both hard and soft services, you'll play a key role in ensuring a safe, compliant, and customer-focused environment while building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
What You'll Be Doing Leading and developing facilities teams to deliver exceptional service standards.
Managing the delivery of hard and soft FM services in line with contractual requirements.
Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety legislation, statutory obligations, COSHH, and company policies.
Monitoring KPIs and SLAs, driving continuous improvement and service excellence.
Managing budgets, labour resources, workforce planning, and operational costs.
Overseeing contractors and suppliers to ensure high standards of performance and value.
Building strong client relationships and acting as the key point of contact for facilities services.
Supporting maintenance programmes, asset management, and sustainability initiatives.
About You Experience in a Facilities Manager or senior FM leadership role.
Strong understanding of integrated facilities management, including hard and soft services.
Proven experience managing contractors, suppliers, and operational performance.
Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety, compliance, and risk management.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Commercially aware with experience managing budgets and resources.
IOSH, NEBOSH, IWFM, or equivalent qualification desirable.
Full UK driving licence.
