What you'll be doing
Leading from the front. You'll be on the floor, setting the standard and bringing your team with you. You'll train, coach and develop a skilled team of operators and culinary colleagues. Growing the business. You'll spot commercial opportunities and turn them into revenue across café, events and hospitality. Running a tight ship. You'll own labour planning, cost control and forecasting, and hit your financial targets while keeping health and safety and company standards spot on. Wowing the client. You'll build strong relationships with museum stakeholders, act on feedback quickly and keep exceeding expectations. Shaping what's next. You'll work with the museum to deliver the venue's growth strategy and make the operation smarter and more efficient.
