Grounds Maintenance Operative Pay rate: £15.67 per hour Hours: 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday Contract: Full-time, Permanent Are you hands-on, hardworking, and enjoy working outdoors? We're looking for a Grounds Person to join our team and help ensure our outdoor areas are maintained to a high standard, remaining clean, safe and well-presented all year round. Maintaining lawns, hedges, shrubs and flower beds Carrying out grass cutting, weeding and litter picking duties Operating grounds maintenance tools and machinery safely Supporting seasonal activities such as planting, leaf clearance, gritting and snow clearing Previous grounds maintenance or landscaping experience (preferred) Full UK driving licence (desirable) Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions Flexibility for early starts, seasonal overtime and winter on-call duties Full training and ongoing development Uniform and PPE provided Join us and take pride in creating outdoor spaces everyone can enjoy.
