The Guest Services Team Leader will be responsible for ensuring that all the needs of the client are met and exceeded in a professional and friendly manner. As the face of the business, you will ensure all client needs are met and exceeded while motivating, coaching, and managing your team to deliver high-quality services. You will take ownership of operational, people, and business responsibilities to support the broader goals of the company and its clients. You will oversee managing and motivating a brilliant team of 8 to continue to deliver high quality services.
Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday, shift rota basis between 8 AM - 6 PM)
Salary: £38,204 per annum
