Operational Technical Services Lead We are seeking an experienced Operational Technical Services Lead to oversee technical building services across multiple sites, ensuring compliance, performance, and high service standards. Lead delivery of M&E, HVAC, and BMS services across multiple sites Ensure health & safety and statutory compliance Oversee engineering teams and contractors Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and service performance Assist with lifecycle planning and capital replacement programs Provide technical guidance during project works and minor upgrades.
