Role Specification
As General Manager at the NEC, you’ll:
- Lead the end-to-end Levy operation across the venue, overseeing all hospitality, retail, and event catering.
- Drive commercial performance, identifying new revenue opportunities and optimising profitability across multiple outlets.
- Lead, inspire and develop a large, diverse team, fostering a culture of engagement, accountability, and growth.
- Build strong relationships with our client and key stakeholders, ensuring Levy is seen as a trusted strategic partner.
