To manage a frontline team of food service assistants. Perform a variety of tasks associated with food production, front of house services and any general support required with due regard to all Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Crafting eye-catching food and counter displays that draw customers in
- Acquiring a good knowledge of all products in order to advise individual customers on their product choice
- Demonstrating a can-do attitude towards individual customer requests and striving to exceed customer expectations
- Proudly representing the company and embodying our positive brand image
- Handling transactions with ease and operating the cash register efficiently
- Upholding the highest standards of Food Handling & Hygiene
- Ensuring a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to Health & Safety regulations
- Assisting in the preparation of hospitality as required
- Cleaning all work areas during and after use and removing all waste to the appropriate area
