We're now looking for a Franchise Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our franchising strategy across the business.

The Role

This is a high-impact, senior position where you'll operate with autonomy and influence at executive level, driving Foodbuy's growth agenda through franchising. You'll act as the bridge between brands, sales and clients, unlocking new franchise opportunities while strengthening existing partnerships and delivering like-for-like growth.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading the franchising strategy across Foodbuy and Compass sectors
  • Building and managing strategic relationships with franchise partners
  • Identifying and introducing new franchise opportunities into the business
  • Driving commercial performance through structured business planning and KPI delivery
  • Acting as the key commercial contact for franchise agreements and performance reviews
  • Collaborating with Commercial Directors and sector leads to align strategy
  • Ensuring a consistent, scalable approach to franchise mobilisation and growth
  • Supporting sustainability initiatives across the franchise supply chain
