Our client is a services and solutions company within the global insurance market. Join our team of 4 people rotating between two buildings and three floors.
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Floor Coordinator to join our Guest Services Team. As a Floor Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that meeting rooms, refreshment areas, and client spaces are consistently well-presented, stocked, and prepared to the highest standard. This role is hands-on, customer-focused, and vital to delivering seamless hospitality support to employees and guests across both buildings.
- Type of contract: Part-time, Fixed-term contract until July 2027
- Hours: 24 per week (Tuesday-Thursday, on a shift rota basis between 7 AM and 4 PM)
- Salary: £20,182 per annum
