We're looking for an organised, proactive and guest-focused Reservations Manager to lead our reservations function across Wimbledon Food & Drink's onsite restaurants and dining venues.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in one of the world's most prestigious sporting events, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless experience from their initial booking through to their visit.
Working closely with our Restaurant Lead, you'll take ownership of the reservations operation, lead a small team and help maximise restaurant bookings and capacity during this landmark year.
The role
Working closely with the Wimbledon Food & Drink Restaurant Lead, this role is responsible for leading the reservations and guest liaison function across all onsite restaurants and other dining units, ensuring an exceptional guest experience throughout the booking journey.
The role has overall responsibility for the management and optimisation of the reservations process, including managing the SevenRooms booking platform, guest communications, reporting, reservation-driving and capacity-utilisation initiatives, and team leadership.
As a permanent member of the Wimbledon Food & Drink team, the Reservations Manager will support the ongoing development and success of the reservations operation, with a key role in delivering the landmark 150th Championships in 2027.
