Restaurant Associates is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to provide outstanding service in our premium hospitality environment. Key responsibilities:
Deliver excellent customer service with a friendly, professional approach.
Serve food and beverages efficiently and accurately.
Maintain clean, well-presented dining and service areas.
Replenish food, drinks, and supplies throughout the day.
Operate tills and handle transactions where required.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures.
Support the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
Previous hospitality, catering, or retail experience is an advantage but not essential.
