Salary: £36,816 per annum (Overtime available) Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday between the hours of 7:00-17:30, 40 hours per week Support the management and execution of the hospitality offering, ensuring seamless service for all events and functions. Ensure full compliance with health & safety and food hygiene regulations, maintaining a safe environment for both staff and customers. Lead, motivate, and develop a front-of-house team of 7, driving performance, engagement, and service excellence. Manage the day-to-day operation, deputising for the General Manager in their absence to ensure continuity of service. Champion food promotions, merchandising, displays and the overall customer experience. Ensure training, risk assessments and health & safety records are kept up to date. Work closely with chef teams to deliver healthy, nutritious, responsibly sourced menus that reflect current food trends.
