We are looking for a brilliant and confident
Corporate Receptionist
to join our warm and welcoming team based in
Newcastle . You will be the first friendly face our visitors see, representing one of the Big Four accounting firms. This is a role where professionalism meets personality: you\’ll bring energy, care, and organisation to every interaction, ensuring each guest and colleague feels valued from the moment they arrive.
You will be joining a close-knit setup with one other team member who works part-time, so collaboration and adaptability are key. Your day will be a mix of front-of-house excellence, seamless hospitality service, and occasional support at the restaurant till or during corporate events.

Hours:
20 per week (Monday-Friday; 1 PM – 5 PM, with flexibility to cover holidays and sickness/full-day shifts when required as per business needs)

Main responsibilities Provide a warm, professional welcome to all visitors and colleagues, ensuring an exceptional front-of-house experience. Manage reception duties including answering calls, handling enquiries, and coordinating visitor sign-ins and staff passes. Support the setup and smooth running of internal meetings and corporate events, working closely with the hospitality team. Prepare and maintain meeting rooms, ensuring AV equipment and presentation tools are ready and functioning. Assist in the staff restaurant when needed, including serving customers and operating the till with accuracy and care. Carry out stock checks and help manage hospitality supplies, ensuring areas are well-presented and fully stocked. Collaborate with facilities and security teams to support building operations and maintain a safe, welcoming environment. Contribute to a positive team culture by offering help where needed and ensuring service standards remain consistently high.
