We’re currently recruiting a dedicated Kitchen Assistant Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Defence on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week. Producing weekly rotas following the manager’s guidelines and assisting with weekly bookwork and any other duties that are necessary Service Excellence: Ensuring exceptional customer service is always delivered by the team providing help, guidance, support and training. Safety and Hygiene: Adhering to stringent food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring you and the team comply with legislation and follow all rules and regulations laid down in the staff handbook and unit policy statements Inventory Management: Assisting in the management of inventory levels and proper storage of food and supplies.
