You'll build data-driven sustainability tools and solutions that help Levy measure impact, inform decision making and put climate, nature and social value at the heart of how we operate.

Sustainability Insights Solution Manager - The RoleAs part of E15 Insights, you'll champion the development of data and insight solutions for Levy, with a particular focus on sustainability. You'll work across sports stadia, arenas, theatres and other venues, partnering with sustainability leaders and wider stakeholders to create robust tools that measure performance, identify opportunities and support strategic decision making.
Own and develop dashboards and performance measurement tools covering key sustainability areas including carbon emissions, food-related impacts, waste, packaging and sourcingAct as a central hub for sustainability data, analytics and measurement methodologies, establishing definitions and standards that support consistent and credible reportingIdentify opportunities to automate sustainability reporting and reduce manual processesDevelop tools and solutions that incorporate new sustainability data sources and reporting requirementsTranslate complex sustainability data into clear, actionable business insights, highlighting trends, risks and opportunitiesWork with internal and external partners to improve data quality, completeness and governance across sustainability datasetsStay up to date with emerging sustainability reporting requirements, industry best practice and measurement methodologiesPartner with sustainability leadership to develop evidence-based insights, scenario modelling and impact assessments that support Levy's sustainability strategyDevelop automated sustainability reporting and analysis to support client presentations, bid submissions, retention activity and strategic projectsLead the development of reporting frameworks and analytics for social value initiatives, including community engagement, employability, diversity and inclusion, charitable partnerships and wider social impact programmesWork with stakeholders to ensure social value outcomes can be consistently measured, monitored and communicatedWork with the E15 Insights Solutions team to build data-fed products and solutions that deliver business impactTake ownership of solutions end-to-end, from planning and design through to release and ongoing managementUse your technical expertise across data ingestion, cleansing, analysis and visualisation to turn complex data into actionable insightsOwn projects and workflows to ensure delivery against agreed timelines, while collaborating with the wider E15 Insights teamWhat we're looking forWe're looking for someone who combines strong data and analytical skills with a genuine passion for sustainability and the ability to turn complex information into something people can understand and act on.
