We're looking for a passionate and driven Store Manager to lead the M&S store at Countess of Chester Hospital. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a well-established, high-footfall store within a fast-paced healthcare setting.
You'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience, leading a strong team, and driving commercial success within a trusted and recognisable brand.
What you'll be doing:
- Taking full ownership of store performance, delivering against sales, profit, and KPI targets
- Leading, motivating, and developing your team to deliver excellent customer service
- Creating a positive, safe, and engaging environment for both customers and colleagues
- Managing stock, labour, and costs effectively to maximise performance
- Ensuring full compliance with Food Safety, Health & Safety, and M&S brand standards
- Using data and insight to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders and representing the brand with pride
- Leading by example and embedding a high-performing, inclusive team culture
