We are looking for an experienced and proactive General Manager to oversee a high profile client space in the heart of Covent Garden! It's an ideal role for someone stepping into their first General Manager position or looking to further refine the detail and day-to-day excellence of a close-knit pantry operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day to day running of 1 site ensuring a seamless client experience whilst managing 1 direct report in the second local site.
- Take full ownership of the free issue pantry areas ensuring they are fully stocked, organised and presented to a premium standard.
- Lead by example with a hands on approach to all tasks.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and clients.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and operational procedures.

- Previous experience in a leadership role in a premium hospitality/catering background.
- Confidence working within a small team and taking ownership of a site.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills.
- A proactive hands on approach with excellent attention to detail.
