Pantry Supervisor
Location: Canary Wharf, London
Pay: £17.44 per hour
Reports to: Pantry & Vending Manager
About the Role
We're seeking a hands-on Pantry Supervisor to manage daily operations of coffee machines and vending services across a busy, multi-floor site. You'll ensure machines are clean, stocked, and fully operational while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee coffee machines and vending across multiple locations
- Manage cleaning, stock levels, and machine uptime
- Log and escalate faults; carry out basic troubleshooting
- Monitor performance using digital systems
- Supervise a team of 6 operatives and coordinate daily tasks
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and health & safety compliance
- Act as a point of contact for client stakeholders
About You
- Experience in pantry, vending, coffee, or similar environment
- Previous supervisory experience (or ready to step up)
- Organised, proactive, and confident using digital tools
- Strong understanding of hygiene and safety standards
