As Operational Events Manager, you will be in a hands-on role with overall responsibility for delivering excellent service in a fast-paced quality C&E operation, focusing on weddings, client events and small meetings, ensuring the highest standards and excellent customer service.
- Oversee all operational aspects of events, from planning to execution
- Manage budgets, coordinate logistics, and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Liaise with clients to understand their event objectives and needs
- Compile rotas in line with budget and business needs
- Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success and identify improvement areas
