We're looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Administrator to support the smooth running of operations at Brighton College. What You'll Be Doing
As an Administrator, you'll provide essential support across HR, finance, procurement, and compliance activities. Your responsibilities will include:
- To prepare daily allergen sheets in line with medical diet procedures
- To produce relevant guest facing media and materials for all food items & marketing materials
- Updating booking systems and internal databases
- Managing and maintaining employee personnel files
- Following KCSIE Recruitment process in line with client expectations
- Providing support to the culinary & front of house teams
- Organising and monitoring compliance documentation relating to:
- Health & Safety
- Food Safety
- Training records
- Matrix monitoring
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- The ability to learn new software systems quickly
- Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in an administrative or similar role
- An understanding of finance and accounting principles (desirable)
What We Offer
