We're looking for a Business Excellence Manager who is passionate about creating great guest experiences and has a real eye for detail, consistency and continuous improvement.
You'll work closely with Signature Owners, subject matter experts and venue teams to continually evolve our standards, measure compliance through our In Pursuit of Excellence (IPOE) process, and turn insight into meaningful action. You'll be confident coaching and supporting teams, challenging where needed and identifying opportunities to help our venues raise the bar.

Business Excellence Manager - The Role
- Set operating standards content with signature owners and SMEs ensuring they are fit for purpose and deliverable.
- Measure compliance of operating standards through In Pursuit of Excellence (IPOE) review process.
- Coach and support venues in implementation and maintaining of standards.
- Align standards to our fast-paced business to keep Levy ahead of competitors.
