We are on the lookout for a warm, professional, and people-focused Guest Services Ambassador to join our team of 3 Rapport Ambassadors based near Fenchurch Street. In this dynamic and hybrid role, you will take ownership across three core areas - reception, hospitality, facilities, and post room - ensuring they run smoothly and with the highest standard of service.
You will be the welcoming face of a leading rail safety organisation, but this is far more than a typical front desk position. From greeting guests and coordinating meeting room setups to managing post and deliveries, you will be hands-on in creating a seamless experience for staff, visitors, and clients alike.
