We are seeking an experienced Operational Technical Services Lead to oversee technical building services across multiple sites, ensuring compliance, performance, and high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead delivery of M&E, HVAC, and BMS services across multiple sites
  • Manage PPM and reactive maintenance
  • Ensure health & safety and statutory compliance
  • Oversee engineering teams and contractors
  • Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and service performance
  • Act as key contact for clients and stakeholders
  • Drive innovation, sustainability, and operational efficiency initiatives
  • Assist with lifecycle planning and capital replacement programs
  • Provide technical guidance during project works and minor upgrades
  • Support budgeting, cost control, and improvements

About You

  • Experience in FM or technical services
  • Strong M&E, HVAC, and compliance knowledge
  • Proven team and contractor management skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving ability

Qualifications

  • Engineering qualification (HNC/HND or equivalent preferred)
  • IOSH Managing/NEBOSH advantageous
