• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the NEC (Arenas) to ensure seamless delivery of large-scale events and concerts.
• Support the General Manager in driving operational excellence, team leadership, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage key stakeholder relationships and maintain high standards in service, safety, and commercial performance.
