Compass Travel is an independent bus operator with a friendly, down-to-earth team who recognise good work and have a genuine open-door policy. We’re smaller than many of the big operators which means our Drivers get to know the people they work with. Whether you’re an experienced bus/coach driver looking for a change or you’re newer to the industry and looking to build your experience, we’d like to hear from you.
