Compass Shine is seeking an experienced Ci C Team Leader to guide our Children in Care service in Coventry, delivering high quality emotional health and wellbeing support to children in care, care leavers, carers and professionals.

You will provide operational leadership, supervise practice, manage a clinical caseload and lead a team of practitioners and counsellors.

You will oversee referral pathways and drive service development in collaboration with Coventry City Council and CAMHS.
