Compass Community Schools is opening a brand-new school in Newton-le-Willows, recruiting HLTA staff to support children with SEMH/SEND. The role emphasises planning, resourcing and delivering aspects of the curriculum with a trauma-informed approach, and involves potential lunchtime supervision duties for an additional £1,625 per annum.

Successful candidates will have a Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification or higher and will contribute to a nurturing, inclusive education environment.
