Who Are We Looking For?
We're keen to speak with people who:
- Have experience as a Teaching Assistant, HLTA, Learning Support Assistant or within Education
- Have experience supporting children and young people with additional needs
- Are passionate about helping pupils achieve positive outcomes
- Can build positive and trusting relationships with young people
- Have strong communication and teamwork skills
- Are resilient, adaptable and committed to making a difference
We also welcome applications from individuals with transferable skills from youth work, care, sports coaching, mentoring or other child-focused environments.
